What information we might have

The only personal information we hold is what people send us through our forms. If you have never sent us a form, we almost certainly hold nothing about you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How we handle requests

1. We confirm receipt by email, normally within 10 business days.
2. To protect you, we check that you control the email address connected with the information — usually by asking you to reply from it.
3. We respond as soon as we can, normally within 45 days, and tell you if we need more time and why.

Authorized agents can make a request for someone else; we may ask for proof of authorization and to confirm the request with the person directly.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell or share personal information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising. The site has no advertising or tracking technology, so there is no setting to switch off. You don’t need to do anything to opt out. If our practices ever change, we will update our Privacy Policy first and provide a clear opt-out here.

Because we don’t sell or share data, a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser has nothing to change on this site. If that ever changes, we will honor it as an opt-out.
